Staying at this resort was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped but a couple of minor issues with service and language barriers were noticeable. The breathtaking sea view made waking up every morning special, although some communication mishaps occurred at the restaurant. Despite these little hiccups, it was a gorgeous place worth visiting with unmatched views and a serene ambiance.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with attention to detail for a pleasant customer experience. While there were some language barriers with a few staff members, it was overall a beautiful place. The buffet food was exceptional, but there were slight issues experienced in communication at the Safron restaurant. Nonetheless, it's a stunning location with lush surroundings and great amenities for your stay.
The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning with his and hers vanity units, a cozy sofa seating area, and an expansive balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea. The 2-person jacuzzi tub on the balcony was a luxurious touch. The only downside was the issue with false advertising on the swim-up rooms, where we were asked to pay extra despite others getting complimentary upgrades.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, very plush, and spacious, although some lacked sunshine on the balcony. The service was exceptional, with hard-working staff like the employees at Roka, Panora lobby bar, and Maison Plage. The location was fantastic, right by the beach and a pleasant stroll to Side old town. Dining offered a variety of dishes and themes, cycling weekly, making it a delightful experience. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel offers a mixed experience, with a unique view of a field of TV Satellites from the neighboring hotel compensating for the lack of a sea view in the rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a bottle of fizz and red wine, enhancing the arrival experience. The service exceeded our expectations, although minor issues persisted. The dining experience was excellent with no need to explore other restaurants. Overall, a worthwhile stay with notable positives and negatives.
